Following completion of the sale to Tesco the rest of this greenfield development has been fully master planned for the construction of up to 4,000,000 square foot of distribution warehousing.

Westgate is capable of accommodating units up to and in excess of 1 million square foot. Access roads to the Tesco area are in place and detailed access will be determined on a plot by plot basis.
